A leading mobility solutions company in Hawaii is hiring for its Management Training Program. This role includes learning the business from day one, providing excellent customer service, and developing leadership skills. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or be graduating soon, possess sales or customer service experience, and be authorized to work in the U.S. Competitive compensation and benefits offered, including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree OR graduating with one within the next three months.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have 12 months cumulative experience in sales or customer service.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a satisfactory record with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
