Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is hiring for its Management Training Program in Kahului, Hawaii. As a Management Trainee, you will start learning the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

This role offers a competitive first-year salary of $60,021 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and employee discounts. A Bachelor's degree and some customer service or leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a satisfactory record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
