Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a MT, you will learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, acting as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handling behind-the-scenes operations.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed, with a culture of promotion from within and a clear path to leadership roles across sales, customer service, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Training program by serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners at your neighborhood branch.
• Learn and perform the full range of duties to run a future Enterprise branch, including sales, customer service, operations and business development.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands-on environment to master the knowledge and skills needed for advancement within the organization.

This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation range of $53,000-$55,000 with an average 46 hour work week.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications
