Job summary

Enterprise is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. You’ll begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing the skills to eventually run your own location.

The program offers training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or near graduation), a valid driver’s license with limited violations, 6 months of relevant experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories: Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership (military/athletic background acceptable).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Enterprise business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• In the structured Management Training program, develop the knowledge and skills to run your own branch and grow a team.
• Establish relationships in the community to build new business and drive growth.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first.
