Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations.

The program aims to develop you to run your own neighborhood branch, grow new business, and lead a team. Expect mentoring, hands-on learning, and a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or nearing graduation.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service in a sales setting, athletic leadership, or leadership in military/clubs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Master knowledge to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands‑on learning environment to be successful.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years, regardless of points.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must have a minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas:
  • Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
  • Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
