Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Niles, Michigan. As a MT, you’ll begin learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and developing the skills to run your own location.

The program covers customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and a path for promotion within the company. A Bachelor's degree or current student status is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current college student within 1 semester of graduation.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of the following: Sales, Customer service, Management, Athlete leadership, or campus/community involvement.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Receive mentoring and develop skills to eventually run your own branch.
• Build relationships in the community to grow the business.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be a current college student with no more than 1 semester to graduation.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following:
  • Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  • Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
  • Management experience leading a team.
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team.
  • Leadership role on campus or community involvement.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
