Enterprise Mobility in National City or Chula Vista is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. You will train across sales, customer service, and operations, with a pathway to run your own branch and lead a team.

You must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in sales or customer service, with authorization to work in the United States. This is an hourly position with a strong promotion track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Management Training to learn all aspects of the business.
• Lead customer service, sales, and operations to support branch goals.
• Develop relationships with customers and partners to grow the business.
• Be based at a neighborhood branch and work with a team.
