Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Savannah is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee you’ll learn the business from day one across sales, customer service, and operations, with a structured path to run your own branch.

The program includes training, mentoring, and opportunities across Savannah metro and nearby counties. Compensation targets $52,000 in the first year, with a 47-hour work week, performance bonuses up to $1,500, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Must not have any drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Learn business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Develop skills to run a future branch, cultivate new business and lead a team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
