Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking motivated individuals for its Management Trainee program at state-of-the-art operating plants in California and Arizona. Trainees will learn to lead a team of Drivers (RSSRs), drive customer satisfaction, and push the team to achieve operational goals.

Relocation is required during or after training to manage your own team within three years. The 30-week program combines rotations, mentorship from senior management, and workshops, leading to a formal management

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• College degree preferred.
