Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training program based at 334 PA-61, Schuylkill Haven, PA. As a MT, you will learn our business from day one and progress toward managing a future Enterprise branch while serving customers and partners.

You'll rotate through sales, customer service, operations, and finance, receiving mentoring and hands-on coaching with opportunities for advancement and internal promotion within a culture that values growth and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last three years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform duties across sales, customer service, finance, and operations in the Management Training program.
• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing branch management skills.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and hands‑on learning to prepare for running a branch and developing a team.
• Build community relationships to grow the business and always prioritize customers.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
