Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Owensboro area. As a Management Trainee, you’ll begin learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch and progress toward running your own location.

You’ll gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, supported by mentoring and a culture of internal promotion. A bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
