Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Glasgow market, serving communities throughout South Central Kentucky. Placement may occur at various Enterprise Mobility locations based on business needs.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch, with mentoring and a clear path to branch leadership. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or near graduation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or near graduation required.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Training Program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood location.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners and support operations.
• Advance toward running your own branch through mentoring and structured development.
• Contribute to customer service, sales, and community engagement as you grow.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
