Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Fond du Lac, WI. You’ll start as an MT, serving customers and supporting branch operations while learning the business from day one.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or near completion), 6 months of related experience, a valid US driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States. Growth to leadership roles is a core part of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or nearly finished (within 2 semesters).
• Minimum 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service or Management/Leadership.
• Valid driver's license with <=2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol related conviction in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support as MT in a hands-on learning environment at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations skills.
• Help run a branch in the future by building relationships with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.
  • Experience can also include experience as a collegiate/professional athlete, or leadership experience in the military or community/social/academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on driving record within the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
