Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Lawrence, MA. You will begin learning the business from day one at a nearby branch and act as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while developing the skills to eventually run your own location.

The program provides mentoring across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, paving a clear internal path with promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales or customer service within the last 5 years.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training Program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners in daily operations.
• Gain knowledge to eventually run a full branch, grow new business, and lead a team.
• Receive mentoring and guidance in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
