Starting compensation targets $53,000–$55,000 in the first year, based on a 45-hour week, plus comprehensive benefits and a strong internal promotion culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year cumulated experience in last 5 years in sales: commission sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership within teams.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as theFace of Enterprise to customers and partners and support daily operations.
