Enterprise Mobility in Hawaii’s Kona area is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start in customer-facing and operations roles at a neighborhood branch, with a path toward owning a branch and leading teams.

The program includes training, mentoring, promotion from within, and a benefits package with health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree OR graduating with one within the next three months.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Must have a satisfactory record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years; must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications
