Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Wisconsin for university students. You will gain hands-on experience, learn to run a business, and work alongside seasoned professionals in a team-based setting.

As a paid intern, you’ll contribute to projects, develop leadership skills, and potentially participate in incentives and referral rewards, all while supporting fleet operations and customer engagement. This internship runs May through August 2027 in the Waukesha area.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028 or August 2028.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in sales, customer service, or management.
• Valid driver's license with clean record as described.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. The pay for this position is $17 an hour, that will start in May 2027 and end in August 2027. Based on a 40 hour work week. We will have several opporutunites in Waukehsa counties.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028 or August 2028
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience, defined as any combination of sales experience, customer service experience, management/supervisory experience, organizational leadership
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on record within the past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
