Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, offering hands-on business and leadership experience from day one while you’re enrolled as a full-time student.

You’ll be placed in a team-based environment and tackle real-world challenges, learning to run a fleet, assist customers, craft marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and coworkers. The internship runs May through August 2027 at $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028 or August 2028
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience (sales, customer service, management/supervisory, leadership)
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) in past 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects and engage in competitive learning with peers
• Possible performance incentives and employee referral rewards

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. The pay for this position is $17 an hour, that will start in May 2027 and end in August 2027. Based on a 40 hour work week. This position is located in Stevens Point, WI. Responsibilities When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
