Job summary

Enterprise offers a Management Internship across multiple Maryland branches, paid at $19.00 per hour. You’ll learn what it takes to run a business, manage customer relationships and develop marketing strategies in a team-based environment.

As a senior enrolled in a bachelor's program (Business or Communications), you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience with 30–40 hour weeks for 12 weeks. Start around May 2027, with opportunities across Baltimore-area branches.

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program with anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Major in Business or Communications.
• At least 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or leadership experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; valid driver's license for one year.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build customer relationships.
• Develop marketing strategies and support sales efforts during the internship.
• Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives and referral rewards.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date.between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must have a Business or Communications related major.
• Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years) criminal, employment reference, education and social security. A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you for employment. Rather, such factors as age and date of conviction, seriousness and nature of the crime, and rehabilitation will be considered. Applicants will not be asked about their criminal record and no criminal background checks will be conducted unless and until a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
• Must have a valid driver's US license for one year.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must live in Baltimore or surrounding county for the summer of 2027 (Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Howard, or Harford)
• Must be able to start enf od May 2027
• Must be able to commit to a 30-40 hour work week.
• Must be able to commit to 12 weeks.
