Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Green Bay, Wisconsin is offering a Management Internship designed for university students to gain real-world leadership experience. You’ll perform hands-on tasks across fleet management, customer service and marketing, collaborating with peers to learn and grow in a team setting.

The program runs May through August 2027 with a pay rate of $17 per hour and a 40-hour work week. This on-site internship provides meaningful project work and potential performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028 or August 2028.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience (sales, customer service, management/supervisory, leadership).
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Support management tasks and learn day-to-day operations in a live business environment.
• Engage with customers to provide service and build relationships.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and project work during the internship.
• Participate in team-based projects and performance incentives where applicable.

Overview

For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

The pay for this position is $17 an hour, that will start in May 2027 and end in August 2027. Based on a 40 hour work week.

This position is located in Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating by May 2028 or August 2028
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience, defined as any combination of sales experience, customer service experience, management/supervisory experience, organizational leadership
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI) on record within the past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
