Job Objective: Work alongside branch leadership, acquiring knowledge to become a future leader in Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Reliability Services, or Branch Management.

Trainee Program:

  • 18-24 month program to develop talents for branch and regional growth (minimum 12 months).
  • Start in a location with a training program to develop relevant skills and knowledge.

Curriculum at a Glance:

  • Spend time in Warehouse, Dispatch & Delivery, Customer Service, Sales, Reliability Services, and operational leadership roles.
  • Ride along with drivers and sales reps to gain practical exposure.
  • Engage with different departments to understand roles and functions.
  • Perform duties as assigned, which may vary by location and operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience
