Job summary

Greentech Renewables in Meridian, Idaho, is looking for a Management Trainee for its Greentech Renewables division. No solar or management experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. This 24-month program exposes you to warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, sales, purchasing, accounting, and branch management.

Relocation is required for the management track. The role reports to the Training Manager and offers mentorship to become a future branch manager in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pursuing or received a Bachelor's Degree.
• Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future).
• Ambitious self-starter who can take initiative in projects.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of supply chain management in the solar industry.
• Develop understanding of company operations and business philosophy.
• Regular check-in meetings with mentors and training managers.
• Learn logistics processes including shipping, receiving, freight claims, inventory management.
• Develop relationships with solar product manufacturers.
• Engage in pricing and availability discussions with team, customers, and vendors.
• Learn processes to help customers forecast their upcoming needs.
• Self-driven continuous learning and training in solar technology.
• Provide purchasing insights for the team based on customer conversations.
• Learn best practices to improve processes and streamline the supply chain.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Pursuing or received a Bachelor\'s Degree
• Current, valid driver\'s license with acceptable drivingrecord

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.

COMPENSATION:

The compensation range for this position is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 hourly
