Job summary

Greentech Renewables is actively seeking driven, growth-minded individuals to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division. This highly structured, paid, 24-month program is designed to prepare future leaders to manage and operate a multi-million-dollar branch location after training.

You'll rotate through Warehouse Operations, Sales & Project Management, Operations, and Business Development, with hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training in solar PV

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in academic or professional settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate for future leadership opportunities in our national organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn core aspects of business operations and company philosophy.
• Participate in structured 24-month rotational training program.
• Develop expertise in commercial solar distribution, renewable energy markets, and industry regulations.
• Lead branch operations and develop your own team after completion of the program.
• Support commercial solar projects from planning to delivery and execution.
• Track project timelines, materials, and logistics to drive successful outcomes.
• Occasional travel to other branch locations and training events.
• Relocation at some point during program, and after completion, to get exposure to different markets and leadership experience.

Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and formal training, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of running a business while developing the skills needed to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth.

During the program, trainees rotate through key areas of the organization, including:

In addition to real-world experience, participants receive comprehensive training in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, sales, leadership, and business management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated leadership in academic or professional settings
• Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future)
• Willingness to relocate for future leadership opportunities within our growing national organization

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.

COMPENSATION:

The compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually
