Greentech Renewables is seeking a Management Trainee to join its Grand Junction division. The program spans roughly 24 months, rotating through Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, and more to prepare for Branch Management.

You will receive online coursework in Solar PV, Business Development, and Management, guided by mentors. Relocation is required for the management track across divisions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pursuing or have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ambitious self-starter who can take initiative in projects.
• Detail-oriented and strong work ethic.

The Management Training Program provides you with thetools and mentorship to be successful in one of the nation’s fastest growingindustries. In this approximate 24-month training period, you will be exposedto various roles in each facet of the company, gaining experience in WarehouseOperations, Inventory Management, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting,Operations Management, Branch Management and more!

While the training program provides hands-ontraining in various parts of the supply chain, we also enroll you in onlinecoursework related to Solar PV, Business Development, and Management to furtherdevelop your product knowledge and professional skills. The Management TrainingProgram is designed to prepare you for a Branch Management position withinGreentech Renewables. Relocation is required for the Management track.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Pursuing or received a Bachelor's Degree
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable drivingrecord
• Authorization to work in the United States (withoutrequiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future)
• Ambitious self-starter who can take initiative inprojects and be proactive
• Detail-oriented outlook and possess a good work ethic
• Possesses stellar communication and time managementskills
• Enjoys critical thinking and collaborativeproblem-solving
• Enjoys working in a team-oriented and highly motivatedwork environment
• Relocation required at some point throughout thetraining period (generally within the Division – ID, CO, MT, OR, WA, UT,IL)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated leadership or experience facilitatingteams/groups successfully
• Active involvement in student organizations orextracurricular activities
• Customer Service, Sales, Leadership experiencepreferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.

COMPENSATION:

The compensation range for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 hourly

• Learn the ins and outs ofsupply chain management in the solar industry
• Develop an understanding of thecompany operations and business philosophy
• Regular check-in meetings withMentors & Training Managers
• Learn our logistics processesincluding shipping, receiving, freight claims, inventory management, etc.
• Develop relationships with newor existing solar product manufacturers
• Engage in pricing andavailability discussions with team, customers, and vendors
• Learn processes and strategiesto help customers stay organized and informed, and to make it easy for thecustomers to provide forecasting for their upcoming needs
• Self-driven continuous learningand training in solar technology to give customers advice on products andproduct alternatives
• Provide insight into purchasingdecisions for the team based on conversations with customers and awell-established customer relationship
• Learn best practices andstrategies to improve processes and streamline the supply chain
