Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Saratoga Springs, UT. You’ll start in a hands-on role, rotating through sales, business development, customer service, retail management and operations, with mentorship and a clear path to advancement.

As an MT you’ll learn the business from day one, represent the company to customers and partners, and work toward running your own location, building teams and growing the business within our broad network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduating
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop a team
• Develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations
