Job summary
Enterprise is seeking candidates for their Management Training Program in Boulder, Colorado. You'll start your career with training and mentoring, learning customer service, sales, and operations. With responsibilities across different branches, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and eventually run your own branch. A Bachelor's degree or being in the final semesters of one is required. Competitive compensation starts at $55,624.40 annually with additional benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching.
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch.
