Job summary

Everclean Car Wash in Chicago is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to learn the business from the ground up and grow into leadership. You’ll begin as Tunnel Crew, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, safety, equipment, and site maintenance.

As you demonstrate reliability, leadership, and strong performance, you’ll have opportunities to advance into supervisory and management roles and ultimately help run a location with a clear career path.

As a Management Trainee, you'll begin by working as Tunnel Crew, learning every aspect of daily operations including customer service, sales, safety, equipment, and site maintenance. As you demonstrate leadership, reliability, and strong performance, you'll have opportunities to advance into supervisory and management roles.
