Working Location: Labrador Park

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Rotate through various departments to gain hands-on experience in operations, marketing, finance, and more
  • Participate in leadership training programs to enhance your management skills and prepare for future leadership roles
  • Assist in managing key projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish
  • Analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and present recommendations to senior leadership
  • Work with diverse teams across the organization to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency
  • Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver value-added solutions
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices to guide decision-making
  • Receive mentoring and guidance to fast-track your career and transition into a full-time management role upon completion of the program

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
