Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. As a MT candidate you will learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing skills to run your own location.

The program offers training, mentoring, and a clear path with promotion from within. Compensation starts at $55,011 annually based on a 46-hour week, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near graduation.
• Valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service in a sales environment, athletic leadership, or military/club leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship needed now or in the future.

The compensation for this position is $55,011 annually based on a 46‑hour workweek, which includes an hourly rate of $21.59 per hour plus overtime. We offer a robust benefits package including:

Responsibilities

As a Management Training (MT) candidate, you will start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will get out into the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than three moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas:
  • Sales—commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  • Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team.
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
