Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its respected Management Training Program at Cadillac, MI. As a participant you’ll learn our business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

The program prepares you to run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business through mentoring and a culture of promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations/at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer service, athletics at a high level, or leadership roles in organizations.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage operations.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to run your own branch and develop your team.

Responsibilities

As a Management Training participant, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past three years, regardless of points.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience within the last 5 years in one of the following areas:
  • Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
  • Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team.
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
