Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is hiring for its Management Training Program based in Somerset, PA. This role offers immediate openings where you will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch. As a manager in training, you will gain essential skills in customer service, sales, and operations. The program provides hands-on experience and mentoring, preparing you to run your own branch. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least six months of experience in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales. (examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry. Leadership: military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic
