Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Roswell, NM. You will start in a MT role learning sales, customer service, operations, and leadership with a clear path to management within the network of Enterprise locations.

The program provides mentoring, hands-on experience, and promotion from within. You will develop business skills across finance, operations, and customer engagement while delivering excellent service to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside in Roswell, NM or be willing to relocate within 30 days.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• MT will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Program trains you to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• You will receive mentoring and hands-on learning in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).
