Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Rapid City, SD. As a MT you’ll learn the business from day one, based at a local branch, while you train in sales, customer service, and operations.

The program offers mentoring, a promotion path from within, and exposure to opportunities across the Rapid City market and surrounding communities. A Bachelor's degree and legal work eligibility are required; benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, and paid

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

This Management Trainee opportunity supports our Rapid City market, including opportunities throughout Rapid City, Rapid City Regional Airport (RAP), Box Elder, Ellsworth Air Force Base area, Sturgis, Spearfish, Deadwood, Lead, Whitewood, Black Hills State University, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Black Hawk, Hill City, Rapid Valley, New Underwood, Hermosa, and surrounding communities throughout the Black Hills region. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.
