Enterprise Mobility invites you to join its Management Training Program in the north Mississippi market, with opportunities to work in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. Placement is based on business needs across North Mississippi communities.

You’ll receive training, mentoring, and a clear path to promotion, starting day one at a neighborhood branch, and you’ll learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or at least 1 semester remaining to graduate.
• At least 6 months experience in Sales, Customer service or Leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Learn to run a branch, develop teams, cultivate new business and build relationships in the community.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories:
  • Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling)
  • Customer service
  • Leadership - Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
