Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. This on-site role is based at Mansfield (44901) and Ashland (44805), with a career path that starts day one as you learn the business and serve customers as the face of Enterprise.

In this structured MT program, you will receive training, mentoring and hands-on experience in sales, customer service, operations and finance, with a clear path to running your own branch and developing a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 3 years; no DWI/DUI in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• In this program you will run a branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring and engage with the community to build relationships.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations; always put customers first.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in driving record in the last 3 years and no drug or alcohol related convictions on record in the past 5 years (DWI/DUI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
