Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Kirkland, WA is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one, work at a neighborhood branch, and act as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations.

You will gain mentoring and hands-on instruction in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear path to managing your own location and advancing within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 months of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Training participant, learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while supporting operations.
• Develop skills to eventually run a branch and cultivate new business.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on guidance to excel in customer service, sales, and finance.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
