Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Management from a regionally accredited institution.
• Documented record of excellence in teaching evidenced by evaluations or awards.
• Experience in course and curriculum design, especially for accreditation (ACBSP).
• Proven ability to work effectively on a team with colleagues, staff and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Teach 12 credit hours per semester (fall and spring) in Management.
• Deliver high-quality instruction across in-person, hybrid, and online formats.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, program review and applied learning opportunities (internships, case competitions, community projects).
• Maintain an active program of scholarship aligned with disciplinary expectations.
• Support accreditation efforts and program assessment for continuance and improvement.
• Support student recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives.
