Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics.

This fully remote, flexible contract role offers 10–40 hours per week, with work that adapts to your schedule. You will review AI-generated scenarios, evaluate reasoning related to team dynamics and design, and provide expert feedback to improve AI modeling of managerial thinking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership principles.
• Able to review scenarios, case studies, and recommendations.
• Self-directed and reliable for asynchronous work.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and logical soundness.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed logic, or weak decision-making frameworks.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI better model managerial thinking and tradeoffs.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

About The Role

Who You Are
