Job summary

Menards is offering a paid part-time Management Internship designed to develop and prepare you for a Retail Management career. This 12-week program provides real-world experience in our store teams and leadership routines.

Throughout the internship you will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop organizational, communication and time-management skills, with opportunities to progress into a management role after completion.
