Menards Inc. is offering a paid part-time Management Internship designed to develop and prepare you for a future in retail management. You will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a practical understanding of our business and management methods.

During the 12-week program, you will develop organizational, communication and time management skills while gaining hands-on management experience in a dynamic retail environment.
