Menards is offering a paid, part-time Management Internship designed to develop you for retail leadership. The 12-week program pairs you with store leaders and department managers to gain hands-on management experience.

Starting immediately, you will build organizational and time-management skills while learning store operations and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

As you progress through the 12‑week Management Internship program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!
