Job summary

Menards in Indiana is hiring a part-time Management Internship. This paid, hands-on training program runs for 12 weeks and is designed to prepare you for a future management role in retail.

You will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and develop essential leadership, organization, and time‑management skills. Immediate openings; you’ll earn weekend differential on Saturdays and Sundays, plus store discounts and other benefits
