Job summary

Menards is offering a paid Part-Time Management Internship designed to train you for a future in retail management. You will work side-by-side with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn the ropes while gaining hands-on leadership experience.

During the 12-week program you will build organizational, communication and time-management skills and have the chance to step into a management role in the near future. Immediate openings available.

Our Management Internship is a paid, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Retail Management.
