Menards is offering a paid part-time Management Internship designed to train you for a future in retail leadership. The 12-week program places you with store leadership to build essential management skills and hands-on experience.

Throughout the internship you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand our business and prepare for a management role. This is a paid, part-time opportunity with on-the-job training.
