Menards offers a part-time paid 12-week Management Internship designed to train you for a future retail management role. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship from General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members, and opportunities to develop organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Immediate openings are available. Weekly schedule includes a weekend pay bump of $3 per hour, with store discounts and other benefits accompanying the internship program.
