Job summary

University of Wisconsin–La Crosse invites applications for an Instructor Pool in MANAGEMENT. This terminal (fixed term) position supports ongoing teaching needs across undergraduate and graduate courses, with face-to-face, hybrid, and online delivery.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a field related to the department, or show progress toward a doctorate, with potential licensure; some programs may require certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a field appropriate to the needs of the department, or significant progress toward a doctorate degree, or post-baccalaureate certification or licensure.
• Depending on the program, specific certification/licensure or clinical experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates classroom, online and/or laboratory instruction for one or more courses, including assessment of student performance
• Develops instructional design and curriculum relevant to a course of instruction
• Serves as an initial point of contact for students as it relates to specific course or series content and expectations
