Job Description

ProSidian is seeking a Management Employee Relations Specialist - Mid Level | Insider Threat Management and Analysis [DITMAC0014013] for program support on a full-time, exempt W-2 basis, supporting federal agency safeguarding DoD security, counterintelligence, and insider threat programs across the Mid Atlantic Region, including Quantico, VA.

This role requires candidates with relevant defense and security sector experience, including functional and technical expertise, to support professional services engagements for clients such as DITMAC. The position involves providing insider threat management and analysis support within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) framework.

Job Overview

  • Provide services as a Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) Threat Analysis Center Support Services (Management Employee Relations Specialist), focusing on risk management solutions for clients like DCSA and DITMAC, located mainly in Quantico, VA, and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Advise on employee relations policies to address behaviors that may indicate insider risks or violate security standards.
  • The work site is near Quantico, VA, at 27130 Telegraph Road.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience advising on personnel issues.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working within DOD/IC environments.
  • Knowledge of HR, DOD, and US Government policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of adverse action procedures for Federal Government services.
  • Experience supporting counterintelligence, insider threat, or law enforcement investigations related to personnel and labor relations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

Skills and Competencies

  • Knowledge of human resource policies, conflict resolution, and federal employment regulations.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, leadership, interpersonal skills, and effective communication.
  • U.S. citizenship required; sponsorship not available.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug testing as required.
