We are on the hunt for an innovative leader to develop an AI-driven operational framework, ensuring our operations are efficient, scalable, and consistent across all locations. As a key player in this role, you'll harness AI tools to design and optimize our school campus model, implement AI systems for seamless daily operations, and refine long-term processes. You'll also oversee the creation of new campuses, liaising with contractors and navigating regulations to secure timely, budget-compliant occupancy certifications.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deploy AI-driven systems for both daily operational management and process enhancement over the long term
• Craft and refine scalable franchise models utilizing AI technologies
• Lead the development of new campuses from initial planning to securing final occupancy

• Providing direct coaching or supervision to academic staff
• Engaging in frequent, direct interactions with students and parents

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
