What will be your role:

1. Join our inclusive, diverse team and work on exciting consulting projects across various functional areas and topics (e.g., M&A, Business Transformation, Growth Strategy, Network Design, etc.).
2. As a valued team member, your unique perspective will drive high-impact analyses and recommendations for our customers.
3. Be a trusted advisor for top management within the Americas region, both internally for DHL business units and externally for clients across sectors.
4. Collaborate closely with colleagues, supporting each other to develop new strategies for our customers' business models.
5. Take early ownership and responsibility within project teams, enjoying autonomy and recognition.
6. Use your creative thinking to shape innovative business ideas that make a real impact.
7. Communicate openly and collaborate with senior leadership, presenting ideas directly to key decision-makers.
8. Potentially participate in Practice Groups (e.g., DHL Express, DHL Supply Chain), Sectors (e.g., Technology, Consumer & Retail), or Focus Topics (e.g., Sustainability, Growth).

What you bring to the team:

1. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
2. Strong academic records, including test scores and professional experience, demonstrating dedication and talent.
3. Passion and engagement in social causes, sports, or other interests, showcasing a well-rounded character.

6. At least 6 months of relevant practical experience (e.g., consulting, strategy, finance, or project-based internships).
