Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management consulting or related roles.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful change management strategies for large-scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in training development and delivery is essential.
